It's too dark and indistinct. Is the figure flat or 3 dimensional? Is that a tree on the right or a frost pattern?
No background hurts this image more than helps it.
I've seen the ice effect using trees on the text tutorial... you'll notice on that, that the main body of the text becomes 'whiter' on the outside, which I think in this image is missing... ultimately whne using a texure like this everything else has to follow... just using a tree brush like this is just making the image look as thought it's somewhat clipped inside...
I don't get it... It's been 15 minutes I'm staring, I'm sober and i have too many confusing questions.
What's that thing trapping her lengs, and why is it flying? Is she trasparent as well? Why there's no contrast in this image ? And what's that thing trapping her lengs & floating?
Man, I can't wait the sequel!!!!

I got to agree. It's more like a water woman, than a ice woman, IMO.

Hey author, i hope i'm not too late.. Humans recognise if a person is female or male by the proportions between the waist, the hips & rib cage. You need to bring that out , maybe by darkening the princess and at the limit making her waist smaller so that we can clearly see her gender.
My first thought was why is he calling this old man a princess It would help to bring out some parts of her black hair, so we wouldn't see her as a granny.
What's he surfing on, air? No waves, no ripples even. Ice effect isn't bad.
