Thanks to myprofe at flckr.com for the great skateboarding photo. It appears that only the face was changed, however, body was way too large, so as SBS shows, other changes were also necessary. (5 years and 3256 days ago)
Wonderful work! I love what you have done and the blending is great! I really wanted to enter this but since I turned 50 I hide behind my camera and never let anyone get a shot of me.

Good job, but glasses frames are blurry & the arm on our right side doesn't depress the hair inward.
author says:
I guess the blur on the frames came from s resolution mismatch or something like that and as far as the arm not depressing the hair...as this is only my second chop.....I guess the sad fact is I really don't have any clue as how to give that illusion...LOL...any suggestions?
Wow. Getting in uncharted waters there author.
Honestly, I think you might have used the blur tool a bit on the frames of the glasses? Correct me if I'm wrong. That's what it looks like to me. And about the hair, depending what version of ps you are using, liquify would help. Using "push" to slightly depress the hair so its more believable would be good. PsE doesn't have liquify to my knowledge, but I run cs2 and it does.
You could choose to paint back in the parts of the frames that look so blurry and then blend to suit the image.

Thanks jaded...I have CS5, have never messed with the liquify filterso I will play a bit....thanks for the help...and yes....you have robvdn to thank for convincing me to branh out a bit....LOL
Be gentle with that liquify...as it is touchy. It took me some practice to figure out how to use it effectively.
And trying new things is always great fun. Are you using a drawing pad or a mouse to do your work?
author says:
I have a pad....have lots of neat toys, just starting to put them to good use for a change...thanks again for the assistance, I'll give it a go tomorrow.
hehehehehe... great job
Way to go = )
