Mayby you could blend the face somewhat better (use blend mode or something )

You could make some (more) cracks or broken parts on the buildings.

The image is very dark, hard to distinguish what's going on. Images often get darker when posted I suggest you lighten it up a bit to compensate.

It's a beautiful concept, of protection, motherhood... but I agree with Spaceranger; if you play with curves, for exemple, you will get a great image here.

I tried to brighten hopefully it doesn't look to grainy. Thanks for the suggestions.

mayby you could set some kind of filte rover the whole image so it looks like you did it on purpose

Lovely concept. Has a sadness to it that fits well with the theme.

Good concept. The black outline around the explosion detracts from the impact of the image IMHO. It should be a glow.
Try to fix your link so it leads to the brush or brushes actually used.

Imo, windows would be broken from the exp. at that range - but anyways, i like the concept- imagine staring at an incoming tsunami.
