:O
This picture is awesome! I love the mood and the color work.
After looking at the hi-res though, the perspective between the sheep and the backpackers looks off; right now they appear to be the same distance from the viewer, but I think that if you made the sheep a little further away, it would be more believable. Right now, the backpacker and sheep are competing for attention... if that makes sense.
Great work!
this was always my favourite scene in any of the films, thanks heaps to Dave Keeshan and ocean yamaha at flickr for the AT-AT images (5 years and 3163 days ago)
Author, those photos have a "Some Licensed Reserved" notice, and you must license them through Getty Images.

with few tweaks on a snow man this could be fantastic star wars scene...maybe u could try to add some more star wars elements to complete this scene...any how i like it author and wish u best of luck
thanks heaps for your comments everyone, erathion i thought about putting some more star wars bits and pieces in but i didn't want it to look to crowded, i wanted more of an eminent fear of the empire kinda vibe rather than a a busy 'ode to star wars'
yes very well done, though you tricked me! lol i thought it could have been a real photo. he is too frozen lol

Thanks sgc, the snow is there! I did make it but when I was doing the SBS I took it of and forget about it!!
(By the way, I've messed up my thumbs and I can't go back now. But in my heart you've got 5 . I just don't have the day...)
Funny concept, gave me a giggle. Work on blending the snow and tone down the colors and contrast on the snowboard guy. Try matching the red on his pants to the red in the orig picture, maybe that will help.
Great work!

lol this is funny and very nicely done
@CrystleClear at the first look I thought in's a real photo too
GL author!

Thank you guys!!
And thanks for your advice Alan and Elinoree, I'll try to fix the tone!!
EDIT: I've changed brightness and saturation a bit (I didn't want to get it too dark). And I've removed the blue color from snow and instead I set the blending mode of the layer to multiply. Thanks again!!
Very cool work author...IMHO she is a bit big compared with the rest of the image...also perspective of the laps is for few degrees wrong...try to fix that and this will be great...by the way great touch with adding foot steps in the snow...best of luck
Also, symmetry doesn't help this image, two identical buildings is a bit weird. Find one or some tries for one of the sides.

edit: I made changes. Thanks erathion, CMYK46 and greymnal for your useful suggestions. But I don't understand how can I make my lamps perspective better...tell me
You could transform the lamps just a bit , so that those in the foreground appear bigger, but Make Sure you Don't split the image with them. Splitting image = failed composition.
Also make the far distance foggy, so that you can't perceive horizon, but just image it. Check works of ponti & arca if you don't understand what i mean. I usually do it with some scatter common brush on a layer which I gaussian blur. But internet has many tutorials, try them.
Last tip: since all your elements are vertical, image might be plain - try to tilt the snowfall, a few degrees.
You're doing good, and you're also the only guy with warm mood!
