Thanks! I appreciate your comments. I thought about the gradient too. But I was going for minimalism...this seemed to fit the definition better.

Good concept, but too "busy," visually. Check out some of the other entries to get a better idea of the minimalist concept.

Perhaps just the DNA strand with a break in the middle, rather than the somewhat complicated composition you now have...

This is a great visual, but the placement of the light sabers bothers me, since they are not on the end of the star "arms," but placed somewhat in the middle, with the squared ends too obvious.

Perhaps repositioning the stars slightly and placing them on top of the light sabers would help.
