Doll guts? bwaaahahahaha!!! Let's see... that would be stuffing, splinters, maybe a few paint chips and torn fabric...right?
Anyway, there is something that needs adjusting with the color difference between the dolls and the car. Try a color balance adjustment - add a little more yellow/green to the dolls to tone down the bluish color or more red/blue to the vehicle image to tone down the greenish gray, or some combination of both.
On the boy doll's side near the car, he seems to have a drop shadow where there shouldn't be one.

Added some guts (stuffing) and adjusted the color balance so hopefully it looks better. thanks for all the suggestions people.
love how your work is growing and developing. The changes you have made since submission has improved it greatly... Will hold off vote util end of the week .. who knows what may happen in the next few days....
my imagination run wild again.... another concept can be an open car door, a man/lady steps out of car and accidentally steps on the doll-lady, doll-boyfriend horrified
Super cool concept author...Like how u maintained their faces...best of luck

and aheman I love that idea and have been trying to incorporate that into the picture but I haven't figured out how to do it and am not sure i will before the contest ends. i will keep trying but i just wanted to say its a great idea.
Author, you need to show sources used. Please link to them if you got them from the internet or post them uncut in your SBS if you took the images yourself.
you need to add a shadow or a little "burn" at the bottom of his feet to make him look more grounded and not as if he were floating
Thanks. added some burn so hopefully it looks better.
much better
There should be doll guts squirting out...that would be way more fun!
Haha that's a great idea, I will work on that.
