Author you need to check the masking, also your native looks like he could be grounded better. Some tweaking will make a difference.

I like the whole atmosphere of this image and your own source picture really fits great with the background. but it looks like you cut part of his chest, In step 6 it still looks intact to me but in your final step it doesnt. then when I looked closer I noticed the cutout of the man is kinda wobly and not smooth.. Perhaps you should try use pentool to cut it out.
