Just the source is used along with drawing with brush tools except the pattern layer added at the very end to add textures over the image. Thanks to mr_physics for the orion source used for the pattern layer. (5 years and 2948 days ago)

When i started to work on this entry i did not know what exactly i was going for, i just loaded the source image into liquify filter and began to tweak it a little here and there until i came up with a suitable female face, after a few minutes of concentration i got this idea.
