Check out Carl Warner's site and try to simulate his style of work. You may have seen some of Carl's work in commercials or maybe not, but either way, he is a great artist/photographer/photoshopper.

Drivenslush: maybe we just pic one of the images (or a combination of images) and mimic the style (not use the image but reproduce it's feel)... please clarify mod.. it's a very diverse portfolio it would be nice to see what we are suppose to focus on

MossyB: If you LOOK CLOSELY at his work, you will see that Warner's images are created from other objects. "Chopsticks" made from two pencils, a french fry carton filled with chalk, His "foodscapes" are his most famous works, but even his other works depend upon objects that are "multiplied" within the image to create their own textural statement.

This contest description should be modified to focus more on the "foodscape" element, as that is Carl Warner's main claim to fame, and would eliminate the "all is allowed" confusion. ( 5 years and 2944 days ago )

Robart523: Oh, I read the name and just immediately assumed were were supposed to make out own foodscapes. I agree that should def be the main focus, or at lease something in that style made out of food or chalk or whatever. ( 5 years and 2940 days ago )
