Very nice idea! I like the atmosphere of it.

Only two things: 1) I think the water splash is too wide for the flow coming in; 2) the extra water level added to the left side doesn't match the lines of the rest of the water level

There is no problem to edit the picture and re-upload it.
Just go to "my entries" and use the "edit entry" option.

The bottle is too warped at the bottom, it looks misshapen.

just an artisitic licence question... note this is just IMO. if the water flows down the sides alittle would there not be drips coming off the globe at the bottom?

like the sources you have used... GL

I like this concept a lot, the earth is nice. I'm a little bothered by the bottle, it looks a bit too compressed vertically and I can't help but keep looking at it. The perspective of it is a bit off, I think. Otherwise nicely done.

The "glass" of the baby is not showing any of the background. If you reduce the opacity or change the blending mode to show more transparency, it will help this a lot.
Also, the pouring water inside the head is too blurry, and the black background showing through the bottle needs to be corrected, since there is no black in your background.

HINT:
to remove the "blackness" within the image. You can play with the following:

SELECT> COLOUR RANGE
ADD LAYER MASKS

At least straighten the horizon.
