Love those flying stingrays, and the background.well done.

An excellent piece of work. However I do find it hard to recognize that flying creature as an actual living being. Realize this is a fantasy scene so there'd be nothing wrong with emphasizing details such as its eyes and other features to make it look more like a living creature and less like a flying carpet. The gradient from blue to violet is a bit abrupt also. Having said all that, this has a whole lot going for it anyway.

What's the source for the skeleton/ghost images?
The moon is the light source, but the light on the building is from the opposite side.

very nice image but the left side is a little empty, perhaps you could add another ghost there

This makes me feel like the horse it out to get me or something
Lovely done, the colour is what makes it feel scary I think.
