Yep...this is really cool. Love the style and image overall. My only suggestion to you is that you perhaps change the top lips a bit in shape and brightness. Perhaps darken the top lips since they are further away. Maybe blur them more to create depth of field. Maybe you could distort/warp them slightly to look less like the same lips copied and pasted. Ya know? These are just suggestions to possibly create depth and improve. I really like what you've done, author! Really nice work.

Very interesting... might I suggest making the whites of the eyes a bit less intense; dropping the transparency or the saturation (like the teeth) might help this look even more convincing...
