Love it! I guessed it was you! Author, just a suggestion...perhaps lighten the blood drops luminosity where the face is brightest...it might give a bit more variation to the blood. I noticed you've done that where the blood is on the nose. It's really just a small nitpick. Obviously, your call. Really disturbing and very well done!

Blur the shadow on the girl to match the shadow of the hook. There would be a shadow of her hand on that object as well.
