Nice contrast and yet foreboding. I'm a bit conflicted with how dark the left side is in the water...yet her left side is really bright. Overall it's really cool though.

I like the idea, and the mood set with the figure being very shadowed... however, this is probably just personal opinion, but why would the mountains be a target for a h-bomb? wouldn't a city scene being off in the valley make more sense? i mean, why blow up rocks and trees, when there are buildings and people to vaporize? ;] great work, good luck!!

It reminded me of "Clash of the Titans" movie, except that Perseus was riding Pegasus instead of turtle horse Very nice idea

seems like a poor choice of an image for the rider... i would think that you could have found a person riding a horse or other animal that would give you a better stance for the rider... neat image and interesting concept. good luck!

Cool concept. But there are some shadow issues: shell on bird body, steering poles on shell and bird body.

Also, the rope is not in her left hand... It is behind it. Mask that hand below the fingers to have the rope thside her hand at the bottom.

Would be more believable if the shell were a lot smaller, like saddle sized. Otherwise it's a fun image.

looks much better now... and i just noticed the tail end of another bird you placed to the left of the image... i liek the idea of a squadron of these, why not group some together in the distance behind her? great stuff!

Really great idea but there's some room for improvement: the light casting on the boy is a bit oversaturated, specially on the right fore and upperarm.

What I see from the original photo of the boy that you even made the dark areas lighter, I think your profit is to be gained here. You can make the original photo a bit darker and use that as a blending layer over the original photo, so you make the lighter areas come out more. On top of that you could lighten the areas you want lighter a bit more.

Something else: in the high res there's a purple area over the boys thumb and the moon and the boy are transparent at some areas, these last 2 are easy fixes though

Cool idea. I admit I don't get the boy-in-outer-space thing unless this is supposed to be an ad for a sci-fi movie or something. As an alternative, I think if the boy's original hedge and tree-trunk background were retained and then augmented by the intense stars-and-Mars [or more-appropriately moon?} sky, this would be more understandably dramatic. [BTW what is the light source for the jar lid and his fingers holding it?]
