I like your work from way back. In this particular one, the only thing that I had done different, is to make the background a little greener to blend the image better. The blur on the background is great, and the use of the smudge tool on that central area, is good too. So, good luck!

I like this image. I think it could improve by losing the glow around the birds IMHO. I think it fights with the true focal point of the image, which, if I assume correctly, is the woman. Correct? Great work, good luck author.
