No, it is not just the skirt, it is also the top of the doll in this case transformed as a cloth. And also the skirt is modified to make the shirt, because the model had no shirt...

I like it alot, but I do think it is hard to tell how much source you used, again. Still really creative. Would hate to be that girl!

there is a moon, but it looks like its day time. Maybe make the grass smaller blades so it merges with the sky, at the moment it all just looks cut and paste with no merging at all.

while it may have a slight cartoon effect, it still looks like strong filter work. I takes away alot of the focus of your hard work.
