Created in Photoshop using quick shapes (such as an apostrophe, treble-clef symbol). Shapes were melded - then transformed into pin-wheels using the "Transform Again" command. This is the same technique used to create the center web in the "Dream Catcher" tutorial by George55. (5 years and 2611 days ago)

Nice idea and effect...however, I do think the overall image is too dark. Her legs melt into the shadows. Adding a little light to the foreground would benefit the final result.
