Very nice orthodontic work! Skin tones and hair highlights look good as well. Looks pretty realistic - great job. (Personally I prefer the original eyebrows - gave her more personality, but probably tidying them up is expected as part of a makeover!)

Although you had the advantage of a very beautiful image to work with .. this is a very well done all the changes a quite sutle nothing over done -- great work

The larger pupils are effective, but I don't get the blur.
