You might have a look at the perspective of the sword, IMHO it does not follow the perspective of the hood. It's a simple adjustment.

Contest goal:
A lot of car brands have a small ornament on the hood. Rolls Royce for instance has a statue of a woman, Mercedes a star and so on.
Your job in this contest is to make an ornament for a fictitious or existing car brand. Do not redesign an existing ornament. Go outrages, keep it simple... how you do it is up to you.

The hood ornament is a combination of source image and some PS drawing (for the horns.) The free transform tool was used to generate the perspective of the car and ornament.
Reflections on car are layers of color samples taken from the background source and warped for shape. These layer blend modes and opacities were played with for results seen.
The layer mask was used to extract car and skull for the hood ornament.
Shadows and car's lights are brush work, with various layer blend modes done to these too. (5 years and 2302 days ago)
