An image exhibiting the Droste effect depicts a smaller version of itself in a place where a similar picture would realistically be expected to appear. This smaller version then depicts an even smaller version of itself in the same place, and so on. Only in theory could this go on forever.
Make an image that clearly shows this Droste Effect... But be aware NOT to mirror your image, just make it reappear over and over again in 1 image. More info can be found Here. Or check out the previous droste contest http://www.pxleyes.com/photoshop-contest/17326/droste-effect-2.html . Good luck!
friiskiwi: Many of the images in the previous contest do not appear to be true Droste Effect. ( 5 years and 2221 days ago )
kcinsti: I think an SBS should be mandatory for each entry because there's a Droste effect filter for Photoshop ( 5 years and 2214 days ago )
Drivenslush: Author, just take a Screen shot of the original picture then place that image in an SBS. (Go to MY ENTRIES and add an SBS, easy peasy) Great job on this by the way ( 5 years and 2213 days ago )
Drivenslush: Whoops, delete the above comment, I was helping an entry and I put it in the wrong box LOL ( 5 years and 2213 days ago )
Howdie stranger! If you want to participate in this contest, just:
There is no source link for this. It's a picture I took with my Sony digital camera. The TV image was the Minecraft game they were playing. Other than that, the image is unchanged. If needed for comparison, I could try to find a way to upload the original.
5.3. Use of Personal Images as Source:
If you use your own personal images as a source, link to its online location and proof it's yours. If it's nowhere online, upload the uncut source to your step by step guide, with an explanation that it is your image.
Author, just take a Screen shot of the original picture you took of the two people playing the video game, then place that image in an SBS. (Go to MY ENTRIES and add an SBS, easy peasy) Great job on this by the way
