scratzilla1: This could be fab.. love it . I just got CS6 and a puter that will run it. hope I can use this version of Photoshop to create this. ( 5 years and 1348 days ago )
scratzilla1: excited. just did a quick search and it looks as if I can achieve this >> COOL! ( 5 years and 1348 days ago )
spaceranger: @scratzilla1-Yes you can use the animation feature (Timeline) in Photoshop to create the animation and when it's finished go to File-Export-Save for Web. Even older versions of Photoshop (CS4 and CS5) will work. You may have to adjust the size, colors or number of frames to stay under the Max file size. Just experiment to find the best solution. Remember to set the animation to "forever". ( 5 years and 1345 days ago )
scratzilla1: Thanks Spaceranger. Not sure if I will get one up but very thankful for the tips . you're a good
friend as always . ( 5 years and 1330 days ago )

Sometime ago I had seen these type of gifs on the internet, I was impressed, and tried to duplicate them in Photoshop with disappointing results, so I looked into morphing software, and that was the answer. There are several available, I settled for one called Morpheus, and practiced with it and was pleased with the results, so when I saw this contest I dusted off the program and got the opportunity to use it again. If anyone wants more info, PM me.
Great image. I have tried to use FantaMorph before to achieve the same effect and have not been able to figure it out. I would love to get some pointers from you sometime.
Done in Photoshop 2015 CC with the motion workplace and create a frame animation tools. Using photographs listed and PS brushes. (5 years and 1332 days ago)
It's a really smooth animation. In the end the fire animation could stand to be a little more realistic, but the movement across the sky is really well done, so I can 'live' with the apocalypse I suppose.
