One suggestion I have for improvement is to straighten the platform where she is standing. A slight rotation to the right should do it.

ok...first of all try to find another sky source (this one is very grain) but if you like this one make it softer (in this kind of pic it works ). Second try to blend more the sky with the hand (it is a fantasy pic ) and third try to do rays more visible.
