That' mixing your chocolate with your peanut butter. Way to go.
Sweet, now why couldn't I have thought of that? Where do you get your ideas from, is there something you do, somewhere you go? (a special link). Perfect for a little girl....or a big little girl.

Another upload on photoshop manipulation that has left me gasping. Where in tarnations did you get the idea for this? Do you troll the sites until something pops into that imaginative gray matter of yours? How was this born. Top notch in my books.
hehehe.. thank you very much...
Aren't you going to tell me how this was born? I'm so new to this and wouldn't mind knowing.
It really wasn't born, I was just messing with the base of the rocking horse and began warping it, and it started to look like a rose petal... thus it was .. err umm.. created. As much as I would love to give birth to something, I don't have the required plumbing...
As you can see by the LAST place in the contest, it really isn't the kind of thing that you should be influenced by if you are going to compete... hehehe... If you want your entries to win (and it's something I've noticed over the years) think of your Grandmother's Purse throwing up on a table.. if you follow that rule, you will always place high in competition..
I AM JUST KIDDING... I've work in the art field for over 30 years, and everyday is an adventure to me... I really have no idea where the ideas come from, other than I like to put dried cranberries in my cream of wheat...
I also had an art professor who designed this...
https://www.uwplatt.edu/news/uw-platteville-has-direct-link-25-year-old-vietnam-tribute
(I have a little trouble viewing it because it makes me cry... because each of the "Veterans are holding each other up.. very powerful)
He used to always say, "...all in the realm of Art." when ever he'd finish a class and it stuck with me till this day. Basically, he said anything goes in art, but did warn us that the visual means nothing if the composition sucks (something like that, I transposed that A LOT.. hehe)
One of the easiest tricks to see if the composition is working, was simply to view your work upside down, and if it still works, you were on the right track...
I think you will fall off your chair when I tell you this. BUT first, thank you for your response and directing me to that powerful statue your teacher designed. Art, (according to Tolstoy) is art when an emotion is pulled out of the viewer.
Now, are you ready for this. ?
I am writing to you from Quang Ngai province, 10 kilometers away from Mi Lay and today we went to the Mi Lay Massacre Memorial. We sat together in the shade of a reconstructed palm thatched roof and talked about the war, the masssacre, the soldiers and the song "The Universal Soldier" has been running through my head (reminds me I must look up the lyrics again).
The present day Vietnamese are kind, generous, helpful. If you get a chance to visit this country do so , it's magical. If you get a chance to watch the musical SAIGON you will love it.
Anyhow bidding you "tambiyat" (means see you again in Vietnamese)
And again, thank you for your help. I'm new to Photoshop Manipulation and everything I see posted here I go ga ga over.

Tiny nit pick... the metal horse would be "behind" the other horses with the shadow it's casting.. not that it messes up the image, just saying. Great chop all around
You are so right Mr Slush! Thanks a lot, my horse could never have won this race with such a misplaced shadow!
Perfect fix
