I find that the human part of this picture is too small: just a little hair and a checked shirt collar. I would personally keep the ear of the old man to balance a little.

There are some hard lines on the wolf's ears. Also the man's ear is showing on the left with a hard line above that too. On your mask, use a soft black brush with a lower opacity. Anywhere from 20-50% should work, but use your judgement. You will have to go over it a few times and this should blend it in fairly seamlessly.
Nice chop. The boy and girl monkey in the front are very nice. The man's hair is fantastic! Maybe the girl's eyes are too dark? The boy monkey in the back, his hood is smudged. Here is a pic to show you.
