Source No 1 the book can not be used. Images that are photos of posters, book covers, other printed images or even photos of other photographs can't be used because the images used to create the poster, book or whatever are most probably copyrighted and taking a picture of them violates the copyright.
Any photo of a copyright image has broken the copyright laws. The wiki image actually has copyright on it and can not be used. There are images of Johnny Depp that are licensed under creative commons.
Here you are mod. I’ve found a picture of a guy cosplaying Todd. The bottom part of his face didn’t look at all like Johnny Depp though. So I had to cut it and make some changes. I have found some creative commons licensed photos of Johnny Depp indeed, but he wears glasses all the time. I preferred soooo much the other one :’(
