The woman was filtered with glowing edges filter. The edges were colored orange. The flame was warped around the lines of the face and hat shape. Text was added. Flame texture was used as a soft light overlay over text.
Fonts used are Rockwell Condensed and Cambria, both of which were already in my font list. (5 years and 746 days ago)
