While the Solar System Transport company had a success rate of 99.9 percent there had to be that .1 percent. Emmaline Brewster made the fatal mistake of putting her prize winning pears in with her carry through luggage. While it was widely understood that no "organics/organa" could be included in the molecular transfer, Emma thought her blue ribbon peaches would do no harm in the transfer.
SST assured that the "unfortunate" incident should not deter people from using their services.
Most of her body was quietly collected and placed in a metal urn supplied by the company, though one of her jars of pears contained most of her head. SST conducted an investigation and discovered a faulty "scan" unit with low battery power as the source of the mishap. It failed to notice the two containers of "organa" in her carry on.
