George55: You did not mention the definition of "still life". I have seen entries with living animals (or if they are dead... sorry!) This is what I found for the them for this week...

Contest Moderator: @George as your description mentions "a work of art depicting mostly inanimate subject matter", keyword here is MOSTLY, meaning animate objects, even in this description, are allowed.

@Zizounai you are not asked to be a surrealist, that's just a suggestion in a way to think to make an entry more interesting. One can also go steampunk or whatever

Add a description...The background was done using diferente brush strokes..... the grass inside the jar is also a brush stroke.... The antelope was done using a filter Accented Edges.... the rest is hard work.... (5 years and 431 days ago)
