Oh lord... that's SOOOOOOOOOOOO Disney... hehehe... good luck!
Thanks Ernest. I love Disney.
She watches her steps so she doesn't tread on any tiny creatures.
The rose and green stem section were cut out separately and transformed to fit as a skirt for the child. The bokeh background was added and extra circles were painted on it freehand. The mushrooms were cut out and placed around the model. Sections of the forest floor were cut and pasted into the scene. Lots of masking, color changing, and layer blend modes were used.
Finally an oil paint filter was added to give a painterly feel. (5 years and 351 days ago)
Most people associate the image of a dancer with a rose between their teeth with the Tango. In reality Argentine or other tango dancers do not do this.
The idea might have started with Rudolf Valentino in the "Blood and Sand" movie. Or in "Some Like it Hot" with Jack Lemon as Daphne dancing the tango with the millionare. Usually, but not always the lady has the rose in her teeth. Historically the rose is a symbol of passion. (5 years and 356 days ago)
Sweet and simple with a very clear message but sometimes it looks like progress is fighting against nature, especially in the concrete jungles of cities.
