this is one of my favourites, its a lot better with some nice highlights and still pretty natural, only in the high-res image i found the skin too blurred compared to the rest in the face, maybe you should have added a pixelish style afterwards

thanks for you comments. i fixed it. it was too light because i've set the brightness of my screen too low and it looked good for me, but when i saw it from another computer i realised it needed to be fixed.

artgirl1935, this is my first face retouch (and I didn't enjoy it at all lol) I followed 3 tutorials by Claudiolky and it was a hard job for me.
