I might not have doubled the hair. I see repetitive hair. Face looks great! If you leave the original hair and keep the face the way you have it...it will be great!

very grand work.. the finish is wonderful.. not to sure how this is a caricature.. but it is a wonderful image... good luck on this author (may want to work on attachment of the shirt to the face.. they look like they are all on the same plane when the shirt should be laying on the chest and not coming off the chin.. IMHO

It's nice but a little too liquified for my taste, the image just loses all depth when too much work is done. either way you shouldn;t have too much trouble, this is a nice entry and you should be proud. good job!
