Creepy blend! Try sharpening the area closest to the blend of the flamingo.

I think you should work a little bit harder on the blending between the beak and the mouth, it seems like the colours are too different. Good luck

Rather than making the leg bottoms transparent, try using the eraser tool with a "grass" brush tip. That being said, this one made me smile. Nice work.
