yeeep, a clear manipulation :P The sky and the water have been merged using the perspective tool on both elements and the erase tool for blending. The sky reflected in the water was made by creating a new layer with the sky set on overlay. Felt that the green hill to strange to merge it lonely with the water and as a result I've added some rocks at the base. The mood was created with curves option so that to darken a lil bit the sky and with photo filter set mainly on yellow. Enjoy!

Always a fan of good 'created' lighting. You've done a nice job here with the variance in intensities and glows. Perhaps vary the four round white lights at lower right. Great job!
