Try working on the fir, especially around the edges. Also the color of the pattern, maybe if it were a little more vibrant and the blending mode that you used you might want to reconsider. Good idea, but maybe work on it a bit.

this is quite sweet.. if you want it to look more detail use the oval marquee tool to draw super smooth ovals.. fill them with color.. then use distort to shape them.. just a suggestion.. I Love the raw feel you put into this.. also that it is very well thought out..(but this is very nice just the way it is.. some design issues.. but as an art piece it is quite fun

About the book - i was originally planning on putting the full cat on the cover of it and just lay it flat on the floor, but in the end i just cut that part out. Thanks for the comment

It looks nice, but very simple.. i like the fact you used gaussian blur, but still, it seems a little simple.

i am also new at this... maybe you shall do something more with it... but it has a nice effect...

i think the image lacks a LOT of creativity and its all filter work so in other words...no work you couldve done this in about 5 minutes

read the rules and guidelines for contests..... it says dont submit filter only works, you need to manipulate the source a bit more....

i looks good, but i can't give a high mark due to the simplicity
