1.Filled a new 'canvas' with the clouds filter
2.Adjusted color with enhance color variations
3.Copy/paste old barn image on clouds
4.Added more clouds around old barn image
5.Copy/paste/rotate condor from free resource on PXLEYes.
6.With type tool, added the No Vacancy sign
7. Tweaked the adjustment levels.

I think the main problem is the Condor Source... their really should be better ones.. the flanges would really make this idea pop
good play on words. Pitty you could not find a better bird.
