I love her eye and the colors are beautiful. Suggestions: There is a light glow where the feathers meet her skin that I think detracts from the nice details you have in the outside feathers. IMO I think that darkening the area would make the details of the hair/feather on her face look much sharper.
Also, the white feathers you have on her face make the skin look somewhat blurred. Perhaps if you accented the lines of her face (i.e. the crease of her nose, the lines of her mouth), then this blurred feel would be lessened. Good work and good luck!!
a: i think its off theme cus this is not really the same as taking a person or animal and replace the skin and b: you let a program put the skin on you didnt do it yourself.. and c: o.o it doesnt look like fur.. have a look at my puss in boots tutorial:http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorial/photoshop/1253/How-To-Make-Puss-in-Boots.html there you can find out how to redraw fur on edges but again i dont think it looks like fur at all anymore to be very honest o.o; the texture looks smudged and blurry, i have not enough knowledge of the 3d programs now adays anymore to know if that can be done different and better so i cnat give you better advice there..

Eladine, you forgot to mention the good old time when you was moderator.
"you let a program put the skin on you didnt do it yourself." You ever read what you write ? What is Photoshop ? A dog, a cat ? LOL, Eladine, you make me a happy evening.
Take any animal or person and give them skin from another animal. Is this an animal or person? Anyway, it'd look better with eyes and more realistic fur on the ears...
Author is right. The directions do not say that he cannot make the person himself. And I know someone that kinda looks like him. I mean, without the fur. Points for the hard work you put into it, but yeah, the fur isn't as furry as I'd like.

this is very well done... but you still need to do some subtle blending.. just for higher vote factors.. the overall image is just wonderful.. good luck author
wonderful improvements.. just refinements that help in voting.. but your imagination would work in crepe paper in grape juice.. LOL.. good job author..and good luck

Thank you, GolemAura, You were so smart that I have just fixed, as you suggested.
this looks very pasted on theres no shapes and form in the layer with the cow skin, try taking one part of the cowskin and use warp to form one part of the body, then do the next etc etc till you have all parts done and then make a displacement map... ill think it will look a lot more realistic
sbs needed... if your work was newbie it would be no big deal.. but you have shown that you have to show sbs now (nice image)
LOL, this is awesome!
i would take a animal with a lighter skin to make the skin change look better... the result isnt as fascination now rly
Work on your ouline a bit more - you have a highlight around the bull. If you have it as a seperate layer, select it and refine your edge.
great job. you should have lightened the cow some before working on it.
