Nice idea, you might wanna spend a little more time on the bowling pins. The edges look a bit rough here and there. Also, add shades after you rotated the pins, not before. Now there's light on top of the one and under on the other. For some reason the white is a bit...too white for me, but that's just imo of course. Good luck!

tx Waz - dont know what I was thinking with those edges?? I have refined them now. I agree 100% about the shades - but I'll have to work on that tomorrow as always - - - thanks for the comments all

Not bad at all....but...quick suggestions: the ball is not wuite round...looks like made out of stone and that wouldn't be a problem...but your pins look very well defined...so they don't quite match! You could use the eliptical marquee tool to make a better defined selection inside the blur ball (use some feather as well...)! And...maybe add something else on the top backround...or at least some color! Good luck!
