The X with eye reminds me a bit on the Jetix logo
. Looks pretty ok, I kinda agree with OliviasArts about the small size. Maybe the spacing between the p, x and l need to be a tiny bit bigger, but perhaps I'm also wrong

I like the idea - and the red and green - but not with the blue...looks rough! Work on colour combos and you could have something...
