you have idea!!! but i can't see fotoshop in your workthe water look like Clayey don't use shadow or emboss for water and try to make the transparent 50% or 40 and the face of the snake-like dog and And circumventing the snake-like bracelets on the arm Frankly i remember shrek when he take shower---sorry for all comments im not with you guys need more work--Good luck
