Hey everyone!! This image is from when the contest was run the first time. I no longer have the step guide, although I just basically drew in the melted parts and then cloned the lizard skin over the drawn parts. For final touches I used dodge and burn to give the melted parts some dimension. I will try and recreate the sbs. Hope you like it!

super well done.. and I'm giving you a high mark.. great image.. but in reality.. gravity wouldn't allow such tiny drippings LOL.that's what makes this so wonderful

Good work, the melt-drops seem a little cartoonish in their look compared with the realness of the rest of the picture but its great anyway

Yup, still a fun image! Maybe you'd like to give the tail and backpaws a bit more blurry edges, since there's depth of field (check also the fingers around that area), could make this look even better, imo! Good luck!
