Thank you all for votes and critics. For water we used flaming PEAR-FLOOD I made children with ALIEN SKIN ART Snap-POINTILISM filter. i copied image of the competition (organic- i used filters: blur and liquify to modify) and I "copy>paste into" to a picture from kids. for drops of Incandescent stone: after we selected them as we did as children (organic-liquify-picture blur-copy-paste into) and i changed the color with a Hue-saturation filter. I apologize for this delay!
