When I first saw the source photo, I immediately thought of old wings. If nudity offends anyone, I apologize. However, I believe the photorack stock used for this chop is artistic and not gratuitous. Thanks goes to Photorack and whoever submitted the source for the "Ocean and Sky" Contest. (5 years and 3842 days ago)

Figure looks pasted on the water, and those wings come into the foreground about twelve feet!
can you coloring body to similar like wings? if you care...
i am right there with CMYK, good idea but needs a little work as far as the wings go, you could try the scal and distort / warp tools or even perspective to try to move the back a little
beautiful wings; must be a giant angel
CMYK & PhotoRepair, you both are correct the wings are ginormous. I did downsize them some, but like akasha stated--she is larger than life, so maaaybe some the rule of reality can be a little bent? I tried to address some of the issues with the figure as well. Feathered the mask to make the edges less sharp and tweaked the color a little. I hope this makes it better. Thanks for the input everyone. You all rock!
Author, it's not that the wings are big, it's that they're in the wrong plane. They start behind her shoulders but the wingtips are practically in the viewer's face...
at first i thought this was in the ocean and sky contest anyway, yes, the wings are off perspective. they are vertical, but somehow manage to go towards the viewer- a lot!
EDIT: try drawing a horizontal line following her left leg. the wings should "end" roght above that line no matter how large they are! don't get me wrong, i love the idea of nude angels but this needs work!
Interesting Escher-esque piece, with those wings coming towards the viewer . It's not impossible, maybe a bit unusual. I'd clean up some rough edges here and there on top of the wings. Good luck!
This looks nice.. but if the wings are coming towards the viewer, it should cast a shadow on her body... Also check for the wing's light source coz it looks like it's coming from the front.
Hm.. what else.. ah yes, is she waterproof? How come she's still dry?
I love this entry btw, and if I see some improvements, it'll be awesome!
idea is good, but wings are not fixed properly, and colors are not matching.
Wings should be in water.....after a limited lenght.....
Nice idea, but it's looking a little cut and paste.
agree with everyone....................idea is nice but hvnt xecuted well.........
nudity definetly doesn't offend me here ))) nice work!
Howdie stranger!
