My vote for you was based purely on technical prowess: you did really nice work on this. As for content, I feel you're being provocotive. Inclusion of the flag steps on a lot of toes, mine among them. Just one person's opinion...

It was not necessary to leave the flag in the trash to make your point. Unfortunately babies are abandoned in every country. Removing the flag would have sent an entirely different message. Think about it...

I strongly oppologies PPL, i didn't realize about the flag and didn't mean anything with it, it was just in the image that i used, i placed an image of a bin to cover it, again i oppologise and i'm very sorry.

good idea, but some technical issues are there. The white plastic spoon inside the bag is not transparent. But in the design both leg and spoon got merged. correct it.

While the techical skill is obvious, this peice is in extemely poor taste and IMHO ought to be removed. The flag notwithstanding this is horrible.

You have my full support, author. I have seen some seriously disturbing posters and TV ads here in UK because they make people STOP and THINK about existing problem. Closing our eyes, denying it all and removing that kind ot images is not going to solve it ever.

Author, I am sure that here in UK you could donate your image to the childrens charity - closing our eyes won't help, but addressing the problem might help to save some babies in a future.

OK, I get it now. It was Fairy Gardens that convinced me. If you're disturbed by this image, realize that it IS happening everyday in abortion clinics all over the world. Baby body parts are going into the trash, maybe not in transparent bags, but trash bags, nonetheless. We need to be reminded.

it creeped me out, but i guess thats because of ur "realistic" work, it is hard to accept but this is really happening all around the world i heard of babies found dead in public bathrooms

I think the garbage can was an excellent move... it solved the problem of desecration of the flag, and further drives your point home

OK. Personally I avoid controversy, but...Guernica was a very controversial painting and was rightfully not removed from society. Art is a reflection of human existance during a period of time. Sure we don't want an image like this to be presented in humor or something like that, but this situation exists, and I view this piece as a reminder of the vigilance all people need to maintain to protect our little people. Assuming your intent was solemn, author, I think this is a great piece. I understand why some dissagree and I respect their reasoning also.

I like this version much better than the original. Still disturbing, but does a better job of making your point.
