In Greek mythology, Argus Panoptes (ἌÏγος Πανόπτης) or Argos, guardian of the heifer-nymph Io and son of Arestor, was a primordial giant whose epithet "Panoptes", "all-seeing", led to his being described with multiple, often a hundred, eyes.
According to Ovid, to commemorate her faithful watchman, Hera had the hundred eyes of Argus preserved forever, in a peacock's tail.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
Gives new meaning to the phrase "Be careful, or you'll poke your eye out!"
creepy lol, good luck
okay.. I modified the name and told the story, maybe comments will be a little more in tune to the story and not the image, MY BAD sorry about that
nice, i wonder if he has eyes on the bottom of his feet, that would make walking a whole lot harder good luck
creepy but well done!
i feel sick now lol soo omuch work, goodluck author ( got to find a bucket now) ;p
very nicely done great idea
very scary lol
Man, that's freaky! But the result is quite interesting! I like the right arm and leg the most if it's about depth. As idea original, maaaybe you can show more how giant he is, by doing something with the background (but no must). Good luck!
I really hope this guy doesn't wear contacts. Dust storms would be a nightmare!
good work. add some more light and shades
do you think, that these all had to be the same eye? i started wonder, how it would be with many different eyes (of cat's, owl's, whale's, pig's...), hehee:P.. and also you could have created the eyeballs left foot seems a bit unfinished, but the idea is wonderful!
MARISSA?!?!?!?! omg.. ARE YOU INSANE?!?!?!.. omg.. More EYEBALLS.. do you know hard it is to look at just one...this piece gave me the heebie jeebies through the whole process.. look how grossed out the other members are.. poor Olivia blew chunks.. LOL.. more eyeballs.. sheesh... (great suggestion though, that would be awesome)though I don't think I have time to run out and collect pictures of all those different eyeballs.. (I don't use sources other then the ones supplied by the contest).. and Waz gave me a great Idea as well.. I'm not at my main computer so I can't work on it right now..
Great concept. A little freaky, but definitely original!!
Creepy, but in a good way. Uniformity of eyes works for me as that's what I'm used to, albeit in such a quantity. I have to agree that he does not look like a giant. I would intensify the shadow on his butt crack and soften the shadow under his left clavicle while increasing that for his left armpit (so it doesn't look like his left arm is growing out of his neck). A slightly stronger shadow along the back edge of his right arm wouldn't hurt, either.
only thing bothers me is tat image is very pixelated.....otherwise awesome job......
Howdie stranger!
