finishing is good. instead of bluish color you can try a different hairstyle or something.
Very NICE Blue mood.. I only suggest removing some of the Blue from the back ground and lips just to make it more subtle..when you blue the WHOLE picture.. it kinda makes it too obvious... a subtle DE-Bluing of the background and lips (Not a lot on the lips... you don't want her to look like a lipstick commericial) will make it less obious that you blue toned the whole scene.. but thats just my opinion.. good LUCK
EDIT: Ugh.. family in town and I'm up to my neck in drama (sorry, forgot to say your MODEL IS DROP DEAD GORGEOUS to the bazillionth power.. a face like that is a treasure.. ) just thought FYI
