(Just one thing: the evenly stroked line around the image doesn't look natural. If you could decrease it somehow this would be even better).
very crispy.. good luck author.. instead of stroke or outer glow you could try a bevel to give it a little more depth.. GREAT IDEA good luck

Cool image great work on this…the stroke line dose look a little un- natural tho…maybe try fill type- gradient – linear –angle 0.degrees - gradient type -foreground to transparent…. should break the edge enough……
Tha's what it looks like when something is covered with ice, the light is captured on the edges.
