Added vines; cracks; dirt; lighting effects. Most with brushes - the vines are from my own image will try and find and post it (from old site).
Extracted tree using channels.

Good job obscuring the original light source on the building, but if it's abandoned, why is there a light inside?
Wow... you are anal! Who knows why there is a light on?!?! Maybe everyone abandoned the place and forgot to turn of the lights... It's amazing how long these "energy saving" light bulbs last these days!

LOL...I'll be even more anal: If you want to have the light on in the building, you'd be better off without the phony looking light beam.
