errmm.. i think you went a bit too far with this one.. you lost a lot of color and the water looks almost like tar!
you could maybe get away with it, but then again the roof is too bright imo.
Hmm i agree with elficho on this, it doesn't look like an evening scene, it just looks washed out. Try finding some tutorials for changing day into night. Good luck
