this just doesn't look that good.. while liquifying, did you use twirl? her back is fine, but the chest area and the face.. not so much
hahah love the idea! but i would make the lines in the hood of the truck pointing straight (right now they are pointing to the diagnol right down) try the warp tool or liquify
