I have used three layers only and merged them together using layer masks. The landscape is from Denmark, and it's my own picture. I have flipped it horizontal and rotated it. The sofa I got from Flickr (source 1). The pig image is one of my own. I had to clone on of the legs because one of the legs in the original image was covered by grass.
After merging the layers I did some color adjustments to give the image an oldish color tone. (5 years and 3755 days ago)

Okay.. I'm loving this.. just because it's wonderfully unique.. but throw me a bone here.. what was the inspiration or idea.. your description doesn't help at all (Still going to give you a high mark for the overall effect LOL).. great job
Please post your uncut pics in a SBS...IMHO skewing your image doesn't help it...
very nice image just have 2 say congrats wonderful work, i think u didn´t need 2 take pic out of frame impact is almost the same, better if it was all pic in frame(without this empty white spaces) just an opinion ,of course u have 2 post stp by stp.
Thank you for your comments! I have posted a SBS now.
well.. this is hardly an "animal WORLD" but it looks alright. i have actually seen a scene like this some years ago..
Rotating the image gives it a feeling of looking into another world, I think. It's like looking trough a window - into the pigs world. Without rotating, there would be no such "border" between the person looking at the image on the one hand, and the motiv on the other.
Haha, it's certainly what i would be doing good luck!
Howdie stranger!
